Dear Friends and Family: We arrived yesterday to St. Andrews and received the keys to the Dunkleys rental property.

There was no parking available, so we parked on the sidewalk and unloaded our luggage and then were shown around the house. It is so lovely.

Later we went to stock up on groceries and couldn't get the front door to unlock. Found the secret way into the backdoor via a hidden alleyway.

Jet lag is still with us and so we went to bed rather early. I was able to get up at 7am today, Tuesday, and so I believe we will soon be into the new cecadian mode. Did a walk through the village, having lunch at Ogston's, and then picking up some additional items needed.

To back track, Dick had a fall getting onto the bus from the airplane to the terminal at Heathrow and skinned his knee on the same area that was infected a month ago. So we are watching it carefully. He has managed to walk to the village with me, but it is slow going. Hopefully his strength will grow.

The weather was gorgeous today. Really a beach day!! Tomorrow should be equally nice and we hope to play golf somewhere on the links.
