Greetings!

Today we went to the Parish Church of the Holy Trinity St. Andrews for the occasion of the Annual Match between the Town of St Andrews and The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews. Guest Preacher was the Rev'd Alistair G. Bennett licensed by the Presbytery of St. Andrews in Holy Trinity Church St. Andrrews on June 27, 1976. He gave a fine sermon on "Telling Our Stories" based upon Duet. 26:1-11 and Matt 15:21-28. It was a lovely service. I still have a hard time with singing to an ORGAN and the ANCIENT HYMNS.

After that we walked back to the flat in a bit of a drizzle to put in some ice, coffee and vodka into the flat. Then we headed over to the R&A Clubhouse for the Drinks Party. It was jammed. Ran into old friends Stuart Block and Howdie Giles and his wife. It was a lovely time but very very crowded.

That ended about 2pm and we came back to the flat to hang out. Still drizzles outside but not cold.

Tonight is lasagne (British Style) with the Dunkleys and Ros. Looking forward to the evening.
