The club is private but open to visitors as well. It is in Lundin, right next to Leven which you will see in the distance in the photos.
Dick just coming to the 1st Tee
Su at the 1st Tee
Dick really thought it was a good golf course. I did not like the few holes that had blind shots where you aimed at the stick and then saw the hole.

This was quite a climb for Dick. With his heart problems we have to watch the courses that are too big of a trek. This one was marginally at his limit.
Great vistas out to the sea
From the 17 hole I noticed a grand hotel that looked out over the golf course. We drove out to the highway and then left to find The Old Manor Hotel and had a drink after golf.

From there we drove to Anstruther and went to a favorite old restaurant we have been going to since 1984 during the Open Championship. It still is a fabulous restaurant.
Apparently it was laundry day in the old harbor.
This is the Haven Bar and Restaurant.
We shared this appetizer of sauteed squid with an aoli sauce, endives and kiwi. YUM! Dick had haddock and I had a seabass which was cooked with lemon grass and sliced ginger. Double YUMs
Our table looking out to the North Sea
If you are ever in this area of Scotland, I recommend you try this place.
