Last night we had a lovely time with Art and Tuny Dunkley. It was great to catch up with all of their news. The successes they are enjoying are just wonderful. Art even came in second place for the consolation flight of the Jubilee Vase. A great accomplishment, playing against a +1 golfer and then lost 3 in 2 to an 8 handicap. Walking the Kingsbarns Golf Course for just about 36 holes two days straight. Whew.
This morning Dick and I teed off at Kingsbarns at 9:50am. Dick was allowed to use a caddie and buggy. I carried and walked with them. It was suppose to be heavy rain, but was GORGEOUS BLUE SKIES and Warm Temps. Some wind.
This is #3 a par five along the ocean.
We think this is #7 a par 4 heading back out towards the east side.
Our caddie, Graeme, took these pictures of us from the 8th green looking back to the west side.
Same place just more angled towards to ocean.
These are the #12, 13, and 14 holes. We finished about 2pm and had lunch in the clubhouse. Got back to the flat just as the rain began.
One Fine Day.
